If money were no object:

trucks have 4 wheel drive for a reason, go up up and up. suspension lift, all the way. i would probably drop a small block in it, get stainless ceramic coated headers, maybe stacks coming out from behind the cab but that would look a little gaudy. a new bumper would be nice especially after the run-in with that maple tree. i would have to put a supercharger in it also.....more power!
