If money were no object:

Modify engine to a point where I wouldn't have to spend all my spare time tuning it to keep it in line with all the stuff I had put on it.
Then I'd put some wider wheels on it. Not too wide, but enough so you'd know it wasn't stock.
I'd make the top removeable and able to fit in the bed and oh what the heck, motorize it too.
