This is a pretty simple procedure, just follow the prompts. First, enter your current password. If you entered your password correctly, you will be prompted for a new one. Enter the text that you want to be your new password. You will be asked to type it again for verification, and if you enter it the same as you did the first time, your password will be changed. Otherwise, you will be asked to re-enter the new password.

The biggest hassle with changing your password is usually choosing one that the system feels is "safe" enough.
